Delane Parnell, 23, is the VP of Retail at Rocket Fiber, a gigabit ISP based in Downtown Detroit. Previously, Delane worked as the youngest African-American venture capitalist in the country, investing in early-stage tech companies. He was also on the founding team of Executive Car Rental, the state’s largest independent car rental chain.
